ACCC basketball programs to compete against GCAA in "The Clash"

In what hopes to be the first of many more to come, basketball schools from Alabama and neighboring region Georgia have agreed to take part in the first annual "The Clash."

Teams are converging on two locations, one in Georgia and one in Alabama. Georgia Highlands is hosting  fellow GCAA members Atlanta Metropolitan College,  Chattahoochee Technical College and ACCC schools Gadsden State, Shelton State and Wallace State. 

Darton State women, Gordon State men and both programs from South Georgia Technical College will travel to the ACCC to hit the court against Alabama Southern and host school Chattahoochee Valley.
 

This year the games will take place on Saturday Nov. 22 with the hope of expanding to a two-day event in the future. The complete schedule is listed below.
