Bradford of Marion Military and Barham of Wallace State named Co-Players of the Week

Christian Bradford of Marion Military and Marcus Barham of Wallace State have been named the Co-ACCC Players of the Week for the week of January 11-17. 

Bradford led the Tigers to a 2-0 week, improving MMI to 13-3 overall and 2-0 in the ACCC.  The Columbus, GA and Kendrick High School native led the Tigers with 20 points in a 78-49 win over Southern Union, and 22 points in a 71-64 win over Snead State.  He also averaged 5.5 rebounds, and two assists, while shooting 44% from the field and 100% from the free-throw line.

Barham also led Wallace State to a 2-0 week, with wins over Gadsden State and Southern Union.  The Lions currently are 17-3 overall and 2-0 in the ACCC.  Against, Southern Union, Barham scored 15 points while grabbing 7 rebounds.  He led the Lions with 30 points against Gadsden State with four rebounds.  For the week, the Melbourne, FL and Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy shot 73% from the field and 78% from the free-throw line. 

Marion Military and Wallace State will face off tonight in Marion with an early lead in the ACCC at stake.
