Elizabeth (Lizzy) Galloway, a graduate of Goshen High School, is named ACCC Softball Pitcher of the week for April 4-10, 2016.
Elizabeth went 3-1 last week and finished with a 1.5 ERA. In the Bishop State series, she pitched 22.1 scoreless innings, giving up just three hits in six innings of work. Elizabeth also helped Alabama Southern get two wins against Faulkner State CC, earning a win in game one and the save in game two.
At the plate, Elizabeth hit .474 with one homerun, five RBI's, and scored eight runs. She also hit two game winning RBI's in the second game against Faulkner State.
