Allison Pickett, a freshman at Faulkner State CC, has been named Softball Player of the Week for April 4-10, 2016.
Playing in the DP spot for FSCC, Pickett hit .450 with an on-base percentage of .577 and slugging percentage of 1.350. She hit six homeruns, scored seven runs and tallied 11 runs batted in for the week. Allison was also walked five times.
On a side note, the Saraland, Alabama native had a shutout win in the circle against LBW with a 0.00 ERA and six strikeouts. She is currently tied for 5th in the NJCAA with 16 homeruns.
