Kim Crowson, a sophomore pitcher for Shelton State Community College, has been named the ACCC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending Sunday, April 18, 2016.
The Killen, Alabama native went 2-0 for the week, throwing two complete games (14 innings) in wins over Calhoun (3-1) and Gadsden State (2-1). She allowed zero earned runs, eight hits, and struck out five in the two outings.
For the year, Crowson is 20-4 with a 1.24 ERA. She has allowed 93 hits and struck out 126 batters in 152 innings.
