Amber Dempsey, freshman first baseman and outfielder for Southern Union State CC, has been named the ACCC Player of the Week for March 26-April 1. The Oxford, Alabama native accounted for 14 runs last week for the Lady Bison; scoring five times with 9 RBI for a .588 batting average.
