Cierra Johnson, a freshman guard from Mobile, Alabama has been named the ACCC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for November 28 - December 4.
Cierra helped guide the 4th ranked Shelton State CC Lady Bucs to a 3-0 record last week. She recorded 15 points against Itawamba and followed that with a 21 point performance against East Mississippi. In Saturday's contest against LBW, Cierra tallied 27 points in only 21 minutes, including 5-of-9 from 3-point range. For the week she averaged 21 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and almost 5 steals per game.
