Shelton State's Johnson named Player of the Week

Tiyah Johnson, a sophomore guard at #6 Shelton State, has been named the ACCC Player of the Week for November 12-18.  The Phenix City, AL native led the Lady Bucs to a 2-0 week, with wins at #9 Jones County (28 points and 7 assists) and LB Wallace.  Johnson averaged 23 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.  She shot 93% from the charity stripe as well as 46% from the field.  Johnson is currently third in the ACCC in scoring at 20.6 ppg.
