Bridges of Shelton State named Player of the Week

Ataiya Bridges, a sophomore guard at Shelton State, has been named the ACCC Player of the Week for January 21-27.  The Lanett, AL native led the Lady Bucs to a 2-0 week while averaging a 18.5 points, 6 rebounds, 8.5 assists, and a staggering 6.5 steals while shooting 50% from the field and 85% from the free-throw line.  In a win over Gadsden State, Bridges posted a triple double with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists.
