Kelsea Bivins of Wallace State has been named the ACCC Player of the Week for September 5-September 11.
The sophomore outside hitter had 65 kills in 124 attempts in six games (5-1 record) for the Lady Lions last week. Bivins recorded 13.5 total blocks and 12 digs in 18 sets played.
For the season, Bivins leads the ACCC in total number of kills (147), is second for kills per set (3.42), and third in hitting percentage at .367.
Wallace State is 13-1 on the season, 3-0 in ACCC action.
