Ashe had a big week for the Govs as they went 3-1. His 2-for-3 day at the plate helped the Govs beat #2 Walters State, as his solo homerun would be the difference. He then had a 3-for-4 day at the plate vs. Enterprise State, with a double and 2 RBIs. To cap off the week, Ashe had a clutch 2-out, 2-RBI base hit in the top of the 9th vs. ABAC to break the tie and secure the road win for the Govs. Ashe also played fantastic defense behind the plate, throwing out the only attempted base-stealer he had all week.
