BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Mallory Radwitch, Coastal Alabama South Softball Head Coach, collected her 400th-career victory on Monday night, March 11, with her team defeating Carl Sandburg Community College (Ill.) in a non-conference doubleheader at home. Radwitch's 400th win came in the nightcap, where the Coyotes managed a 13-0 shutout victory over the Chargers. Prior to the game two win, Coastal South dominated in game one, allowing just one hit and winning, 18-0. Both games finished as five-inning contests as Coastal Alabama South Softball improves to 15-10 on the season.
Radwitch, a alumnus of Coastal Alabama Community College, is in her 12th season at the helm of the Coastal Alabama South Softball program. In her tenure, she has coached four ACCC Player or Pitcher of the Year selections and over 50 NFCA All-Region selections. She has claimed the ACCC Southern Division Regular Season Championship six times and was awarded ACCC Southern Division Co-Coach of the Year in 2019. In 2023, Radwitch led the program to the ACCC Tournament Championship game, earning the school's first ever bid to the NJCAA District Championship.
During the 2025 campaign, Radwitch has seen her team put together a 12-game winning streak from Feb. 14-27, with the Coyotes recording nine run-rule victories this year. In addition, Coastal South improves to 8-2 this season on its home field.
